I had booked two rooms in Mysore on ** Sep ** through OYO app. Hotel as shown in the list of OYO list ( OYO **** Vyshakh hotel). Also I made an online payment of **** through my google pay. Confirmation for same booking also received. However reaching at hotel i was denied check in. Hotel staff said they dont have agreement with OYO. Then i talked to OYO help desk. Each time I described the situation they listened me and kept me on holding that they are tranaderring my call to higher authorities. Then being hopeless i booked another hotel and stayed there. These * hours i wasted and on road with my family and small kids. I want compensation of ***** for the mental harassement i went through alomg with my family members and friends
