The item received did not match the product image displayed on their website. The colors were significantly different, and the quality did not meet my expectations. So I filed a return on the immediate next day, as there was a * day return policy. They reverted to the email asking for video, etc to verify the product condition. We shared all that. But except for some weird, unrelated reply, there is zero response. Following up with them over email. No response. They don't take any calls. They do not respond to WhatsApp messages. They don't even acknowledge. Sharing the details below:
