Travolook - Company not refunding amount for cancelled tickets

I booked * tickets through travolook website on **-Nov-****. All automatically got cancelled in just few minutes. Customer care immediately called and informed money will be refunded in * to ** days. Now it's been ** days, didn't receive the money back. Called customer support multiple times in this duration, every time they say it will be refunded in *-** days but nothing refunded yet. I have lost hopes of getting any refund.
