Whenever I order their services I am told that I' cant use my GoApp Wallet Money (**% of balance), on the services which I have ordered or when I apply any promo code. But there is no such condition mentioned on their entire app. Attaching screenshots of all the tabs from their app where it is clearly mentioned that GoApp Money can be used for 'Any Services'.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
