Shiprocket - company not providing refund

I created a request with shiprocket in August to courier a carton of ** kg. They kept telling me it will be picked the next day and ** days later it was still not picked. I cancelled the shipping request and booked another company. After i cancelled the request they refunded me the money in my shiprocket wallet and i raised a request to get it transferred to my bank account because i do not want to use this fraudulent, scam and pathetic courier service again. Once again, they keep saying it will be refunded and it still has not been done. I have raised multiple complaints and they do not resolve it. When I asked them to provide me the Refund reference ID they said they do not have any such number, so I am sure they have not processed it and are just scamming people. Multiple people have reported fraudulent acitivities from shiprocket
