Y-Axis - Company is not returning money.

I have paid them for Visa but the next day I denied that I do not need. But they said money can not be return so they justed to get other services. I took for abroad jobs but it was needed **, *** more I tried but I didn't able to arrange. I told them but they denied.
Its been more than three months And if it's possible please get my money back. At least they return something rather than nothing. I didn't use any of their services so I should get my money back.
