Ajio - company is not providing refund against return

I have purchased * shirts from Ajio and when i received the shirts all or them were to small to wear. Then i decided to replace them with bigger size but unfortunately company policy is not to replace the item they only return item and tgen we have to put another order. As company policy i placed a return request of all products but after * days they declined to pickup the items and informed me to self ship these orders and when i self shipped these products one of them to mumbai was delievered but they not provided refund to me. And other three items was attemped to deliver to there warehouse in Haryana but they refused to take it back without giving any reason.
