cars24 - company insisting to make full payment before time and threatening

i booked ignis on **th and according to their.policy * days is time given for full payment.
but the sales executive ms priya mishra is forxing us to make payment before time and now if iwant to cancel they wil desuct **** **** from my token amount .
i needed a extension of * days which they denied infact they want payment before time
