Giving the brief on the matter,
I, Rajinder D.Singhal sold the santro car (GJ.**.CD.****) to ‘’Navjivan’’ Hyundai surat,gujarat dealer in an exchange while purchasing Accent. (Bill attached hereby)
But the Navjivan did not fulfill his duty to complete the transfer procedures while reselling santro, thus santro runs till date on my name.
After that santro met with an accident (yr.****) causing fatality, and a plaintiff caused a summon to be sent on my name (as the procedure for transfer of legal ownership is still not completed by navjivan.)

This matter was brought to notice to Mr. Deepak Gajjar (owner of navjivan) on **.**.**** in a meeting at his office.
He accepted that this was a mistake for the side of navjivan and thus najivan will bear all the cost and handle the court case.
Since then the case has been delayed (it has been more than * years now) and is not given proper attention by navjivan.
I have requested navjivan and his employee to complete the matter on several occasions.
This has caused a literal mental harassment to me.
I trusted the reputation and goodwill in the market of Hyundai but now I regret my decision to buy a car from Hyundai.
I now request the Hyundai H.O. to take regard to this matter and reprimand navjivan in order to pull me out of this mess created by navjivan.
In case of ignorance of this mail or absence of immediate corrective actions on matters:
-transferring the ownership to the current owner in RTO documents
-completion of proceeding in court and settle the issue
-improvement in the behaviour towards customer
I would make it sure that the matter is brought to the notice of appropriate authorities seeking redressal for the same.
