Me as a customer purchased a product through AMAZON.IN on date **/**/****, which is SAMSUNG GALAXY S** PLUS I bought this samsung galaxy S**+ in Feb **** paid pay on by Amazon now suddenly after * year date(**/**/****) my phone got locked at ** pm ,I tried to unlock but it did not happen now I got a notification from Flipkart that I haven't filled the Samsung phone EMI so it's locked while I have taken this phone from Amazon and I got a notification from Flipkart, I tried a lot to unlock it and I am not getting any solution and also contacted to AMAZON (customer care) and FLIPKART (customer care) but they have not provided me any solution and asked to to go to manufacture and issue a denial letter for the further process. this product samsung galaxy s**plus date **/**/**** and flipkart smart upgrade plan has locked my IME NO, FLIPKART has no authority to do this with me and amazon.in has misused my PHONE'S IMEI NO for his EMI
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
