Msedcl - compaint on abnormally high electricity bill due to faulty meter

Dear Sir,
Due to faulty meter: I am charged abnormally high in last seven months. This month also I am charged Rs **** however I use very nominal electricity and consume *** to *** units every month. Similar was the case for December, November, October, September, August and July ****.
I shifted to A* **** house from A* *** in the same society (Rosa Gardenia) in April ****. Previous tenants were using high electricity, so I was charged on basis of last year average bill. However, my average consumption is *** to *** units every month.
Request to help refund the extra amount which have been charged for last seven months.
I have paid Rs *** for new meter as asked by customer care on phone, however old meter still present. Kindly look into it. However old meter is in working state from November
Bill was not generated on actual on ** Jan **** also. However, was mentioned in complaint closure remarks on ** November **** that electricity bill will be issue as per meter reading in next billing cycle.
Since there was no satisfactory resolution from last two months, I submitted written application at MSEDCL office Owala-* section, Kasarvadavali on **Jan****.
I urge you to look into it on urgent basis and resolve it.
