You Broadband - compains not resolved

i am resident of ahmedabad, gujarat. i was looking for good internet service provider for my residence. i come home after my work and i spend a lot of time working at home.i did the basic research for the internet services that you broadband provides. after my internet research i received couple of calls from you broadband company to convince me to buy their services. they offered free installation, no deposit and free wifi router. finally i opted for their ** months unlimited package at *mbps speed. i paid online via net banking on **th july ****.they installed the cable the next day. however, the cable was already there in my house since i had their connection before. they said in * to * days they will install the wi-fi router meanwhile they connected my personal wifi router and activated the connection.so far so good.within * days the connectivity stopped. i registered the complain via their pathetic app on **th july ****. also called the customer care for the same. the issue did not get resolved till **nd july. i kept calling everyday but there was no help.again the connectivity stopped on **th july ****. i registered the complain and also called the customer care. they also didn’t know that their employee has offered the free wi-fi router. till today, the complain has not been resolved and they keep closing the complain via their app.i have also asked for refund the full payment that i have paid. i have been sending emails and registering complains but there is no response from their side. my work suffers because of no internet service and additionally it affects me mentally to go through the complains and sending emails so often.
