I enrolled in MBA -International Business with Annamalai University on **/**/****. In October ****, UGC published distance education approved institutes but Annamalai does not appear on the list.
In November ****, I requested change of programme to MBA- Human Resources and paid additional amount in order to enable the same. I kept calling them no one answers the phone. When I paid the change request fee they responded on email.
I do not want to continue the course which has no accreditation. I have not received any hard copy of books till date as elected. I need a refund of total amount spent as at the time of admission I should have been made aware of the issue as when I satrted reading about the issue I came to know that the case has been pending in High acourt since ****.
I have tried calling Annamalai Grievance Helpline but no one picks up on all * listed numbers.
I have sent an email no response received.
Please help.
