Annamalai University - Annamalai University Not responding to any query

I am unable to get any information from the University, they have a lot of numbers to contact them but nothing works. This is their help page (https://annamalaiuniversity.ac.in/mayihelp.php) I stay in Bengaluru and the University is in Chidambaram Tamil Nadu. It's not posible to travel to the university for queries, and no response from any of them, asked to change my address multiple times as I'm losing marks cards sent from university but no response to any emails or no options to contact them, no one picks the call.
