Annamalai University - Applied for Official transcript since 14 Feb 2023 still not received

I have applied for transcript from Annamalai University on ** feb **** by myself in the university. After that I was advised to go back and the work will be done in ** working days. Its almost been a month there is no update and when being called no response.
