Delhivery - Collected incorrect amount by Delhivery saying weight dispute

Hi team ,

This is my first shipment with Delhivery , and hopefully the last .
Let me tell you how this went . First thing is that , they delivered the item to a different address which is *.* km away from the mentioned one and I had to make ** - ** calls to make the issue resolved and made them pick up the item from the wrong address and deliver to the correct address . Thankfully the item was not opened and was not damaged it was an item worth **** rs .

Again after some days I was planning for a bulk shipment of ** orders so I was gonna recharge my wallet , but then i realised that I have been charged *** rs for my previous shipment which weighed less that a kg and when I checked the portal it is showing *.* kg as weight . This level of cheating is done by Delhivery and also I have a photo of the order while packing
