Colife Advisory Private limited - Colife Advisory returning Invalid deposit amount

I was residing at a Colife Advisory Private Limited property in Tavarekere, Bangalore. At the time of moving in (April ****), I paid a security deposit equivalent to two months’ rent, amounting to ₹**,***.
I vacated the premises in November **** after clearing all dues, including rent and utilities, and completed the formal handover process. At the time of vacating, the room and all provided furnishings were in good condition, which is supported by clear video evidence recorded during the vacating process.
However, upon receiving the settlement statement from Colife, I was shocked to see an unjustified deduction of ₹**,***, citing alleged damages to room items. These claims are incorrect and misleading, as the video proof clearly shows that the items were intact and functional at the time of handover.
Despite raising multiple complaints and follow-ups, my concerns have not been properly addressed, nor has any valid explanation or evidence been provided to justify these deductions. This lack of response and arbitrary deduction of deposit amounts is deeply disappointing and unfair.
