Swiggy - Cold stale food delivered

I ordered a Pizza from Pizza Hut. The delivery time was estimated at ** minutes. The order was delivered an hour later. The food was cold and stale. The delivery person was different from who was shown to me by the app. The delivery person was fishy and he asked me before picking up the order whether my order was paid or COD. He then took more than ** minutes after picking up the order to deliver. My home is * minutes away from the Pizza Hut store.

By the time it arrived, the pizza was absolutely cold. Moreover, there was absolutely no action taken by Swiggy to resolve the query.

This is the second time an issue like this is happening. Ia month back I ordered from Burger King. Items from my order were missing and Swiggy took no action at all to resolve it. There would have been more than ** email exchanges between Swiggy and me but they provided absolutely no resolution.

Swiggy does whatever they want to, charge customers for the products and services they don't deliver and is not answerable to anyone. I want to press legal charges against the company and am ready to pay any legal fees.
