Swiggy - Cold Food

I have order * burger from Burger King, and I got the delivery, the package it seem little wetty, its okey. But the food came was cold one and it not taste good when you eat it cold. So swiggy assist convinced me that I can report on food review, okey. Swiggy says their service is to delivering quality food, i can't find any quality when its cold. I didn't payed for a cold food. I feeling so sad because i couldn't eat a good food this evening, i justed wasted my money.
