I entrusted my vehicle for insurance coverage to replace certain parts. Upon its return, I discovered issues with the gear mechanism, alongside damage to the clutch pad incurred during servicing. Despite reaching out to Maruti Suzuki's consumer complaint service, my concerns remain unaddressed and unresolved. After multiple attempts, nobody responded, tried all levels of escalation provided in Maruti Suzuki Customer Complaint portal.
