Club Factory App - Club Factory App Refund not received in paytm account

I have not received the refund from club factory in my Paytm wallet The order placed on **/**/**** and paid from Paytm wallet after that I returned the product but refund amount was not received I contacted with club factory according to them refunded on **/**/**** but amount was not received in my paytm wallet I also called to club factory customer care no. and chat with them but no satisfied answer from club factory I also contacted with paytm according to paytm issue is from club factory hence I request you do the needful.
