Praveen Sadhu filed complaint against Dishtv on May 25, 2020
on *th May I had raised a request on toll free number to solve a problem related to set top box(Hardware related). The next day i.e on *th May a technician by the name Mr shangaran visted my home and swapped with another set top box and collected Rs.***/- for swapping set top box, *** for his visit, ***/- for power adaptor and recharge amount of Rs.*** (Totalling to Rs ****/-)
Unfortunately, the set top box was fine for sometime till the technician was present at our premises and gone afterwards. I was trying to call the technician immediately since then, but every effort gone in vain. Initially he attended calls to reply that he was busy, attending other call, will come in a day kind of replies and after passage of a week he is not even replying or attending calls.
When tried to raise the issue again with toll free number, he is closing the tickets mentioning "issue resolved" with out even coming to place. To my surprise he has not even accounted for technician visit fee to my place with the records of Dishtv.
Raising complaints again and again with Dishtv but no one is responding, whereas I am losing subscription amount on each and evryday passing
