Booked * tickets from clear trip website for **th July **** fly dubai Tickets from Hyderabad to dubai but later I got a E-Mail from fly dubai stating that flight has been cancelled and will not be operating I got a fly dubai E-Mail on **th July **** soo I went to cleartrip.com website and cancelled the ticket and applied for refund because not less than **hrs we need to apply for refund if we want full amount soo I applied for cancellation and refund later I got a E-Mail from cleartrip saying that my refund is processed but they refunded only INR **** instead of INR ***** I tried contacting them by E-Mails and customer care call center but I didn’t receive any reply back regarding my complain.
The ticket was refundable and ticket got cancelled by airlines soo I must get refunded complete amount by cleartrip website.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
