Siddhant Khandelwal filed complaint against Cleartrip on Jul 16, 2020
Had booked a ticket via cleartrip, however due to COVID ** concerns cancelled it.
Tried calling cleartrip but they said that cancellation should be done via airlines as only airlines is authorized to initiate refunds.
I called airlines and cancelled my bookings. Airlines initiated refund of taxes for the booking and airlines shared an email confirmation on the same. I had forwarded the same to Cleartrip.com however they are not even responding to the same and Cleartrip had issued * rs refund to me.
I have a written evidence in email from airlines that the amount has been refunded.
