Ccarmen filed complaint against Cleartrip on Aug 25, 2021
I have been calling cleartrip customer support from past * weeks and have been tweeting them the issue as well. But with every complaint and tweet they increase the time to **-** hours response time. I booked international flight from them and Emirates rescheduled it for next day, due to which I am facing lot of trouble because i have my connecting flight to toronto from that third country. I have been continuosly requestiong cleartrip to bring my schedule back to original date since ill be facing another **k loss due to their vendor rescheduling flights but they pay no head. It would be great if someone can actually make them hear our problems and save us from losses.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
