I purchase redmi note * on june ** **** & I purchased mi protect. my phone got liquid damage on ** nov ****. I called oneasist for claim registration but they said u r mobile not registered in oneasist. I complained on mail . Then I received conference call from oneasist & mi they gave me my reference id .then i registered claim on one asist then they rejected my claim after few days call from one asist ur claim is rejected.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
