It has been almost a month now my claim is still not processed. I have been calling and sending emails but everytime i just hear the same shit that our team is working on it.Is this the service you provide to customers??. I have submitted orginal documnets with tracking id PUN*********. Also i have ticket number **********. Kindly work on priority basis.
