I lost my original cash paid receipts for the claim so I provided them with the duplicate receipts which had all the information and also the hospital seal was provided in there. Other than that, I also provided them with the final bill, hospital breakup bill, discharge summary and everything that they have asked for.

But the insurance company is again and again asking for the original cash paid receipts even though I justified them that original receipts are only provided once. The final bill that is enclosed contains all the information about those missing receipts and clarifies that I have paid all my dues.

According to the Indian Constitution, if someone has lost even all their original documents, they can raise the claim with duplicate ones. In my case, I have only lost * or * of the documents.

So, it is my humble request to you, please help me regarding this.
