I've raised a claim of ₹**,***/- and have attached all the bills and documents provided by the hospital inspite of this mediassist team has come back to me asking for the same documents which I've already attached more than **+ times, I've also asked team either to approve or deny the claim giving the valid reason but they just kept on asking documents which is already in claim: ********
This has caused me mental disturbance
As I'vd delivered the baby and was supposed to take rest , this team is making me experience hell.
I would like to claim ₹******/- for the mental trauma caused
