One assist - Claim not settled

I have registered the claim for my broken laptop on **th of September and it got confirmed on **th of September. I was supposed to get my laptop picked up then repaired and then delivered back within ** days. The whole process was supposed to be completed within September but its **st of November now and still i haven't recieved my device. I called the company alteast **-** times and every time they say that i should wait for **-** hours and I'll receive the solution. I'm tired of them telling me this. This laptop is my source of income as a freelancer. I have lost *****-***** just because of the delay in their service. my study has suffered. I use heavy softwares for my study which won't run on any normal laptop. I haven't been able to attend any class from past * months. I would like a solution as soon as possible. I have suffered enough mentally and economically
