Mail to Air India on **th Feb.
I have not get any solution to my complaint, My Flight date change Issue not been resolved, resulting in forced another booking to reach my destination. Aurangabad booked Delhi to Pune Air India Ticket & then by Taxi reached Aurangabad.
I have the following Issue & want claim of my money wastage in ticket booking, If you will not resolve it timely I force you to approach consumer court.
*. First Air Ticket booked for **th Feb. Flight from Delhi to Aurangabad of PNR HTGSZ , ticket cost Rs. ****/
*. Date change from **th Feb to **th Feb ticket booked through Air India payment link & paid additional Rs. ****/ on **th Feb.
* I have not received any confirmation after taking so many time with AIr India by written mail & call centre, forced to book another ticket from Delhi to Pune of PNR Z*EE* & after that reached Aurangabad by Taxi. Ticket cost Rs. **** + taxi cost Rs. ****/
I want my additional amount of charges back & compensations to harass me. for * days.
