I have received wrong item in return. I claim on meesho website but they saying claim not pass due ro ticket ratio is high. Ratio has nothing to do with this they are giving same reason again n again . If i get wrong product in return i will claim for my product value money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
