OneAssist Consumer Solutions Pvt Ltd - Claim form not received even after 48 hours of claim raised

I had raised the claim on **/**/**** as I lost my wallet and my bank debit and credit card. OneAssist told me that I will receive claim form in ** hours. I call them ** times but they same. And now ** hours completed but no claim form. The company is harassing me mentally.
