Bmw India Pvt Ltd - Claim for Refund on the faulty vehicle

I bought BMW ***d new vehicle but BMW sold a reconditioned vehicle to us with lots of issues and as a result, I am unable to use the vehicle from May onwards. I have written to them sending letters, emails several times to BMW Financial, BMW Germany, BMW India and the Dealership OSL Prestige Pvt Ltd in Kolkata for the rectification of damaged vehicle delivered. But no proper response received from anyone and after months of follow-ups, BMW agreed to rectify the issues and the vehicle was picked up. That too only in the month of November without any recourse or replacement vehicle for that time. They have not even breathed a word of compensation for the lot of harassment, mental agony, and financial loss as well as mistreatment that they put me through these last *-* months. And I have all the relevant documents as proof with the picture.
So I would request to penalize the OSL Prestige Pvt Ltd and BMW India Pvt Ltd for unnecessary harassment of the customers and file for the refund of all the money paid to them as well as compensation of *,**,*** for all the mental agony that they put me through, not to mention my productive time and effort that went into chasing them.
