BMW INDIA PVT LTD - BMW DEFECTIVE CAR

Dear Sir

We had bought a BMW ***D Sport-line model in Kolkata, West Bengal India bearing registration number WB**AB **** from
OSL Prestige the authorised BMW dealer in Kolkata( ENGINE NUMBER WBA*F*****E******) in the name of PACE INTERNATIONAL.
(** Chanditalla Main road,Kolkata ******.)in **** /****

We have been facing a lot of problems from the time we had bought the car in **** itself and the dealer OSL Prestige was non cooperative or adjusting at all.
We had to change the
Side Mirror in the *st year
Sensors within one year
Break Pad
Break Shoe Problems etc etc
Now all the DOOR HANDLES HAVE BECOME STICKY etc……..The Car has done only ***** Kms and we do not expect such kind of poor manufacturing quality from a BRAND LIKE BMW for which we paid ** Lacs

We believed in the the Brand BMW even when there were many competitors like AUDI and MERCEDES which were ready to give good and attractive offers etc for the car.After that too we chose the car even after paying a higher price.

We are so disappointed with the brand BMW that we will never ever recommend anyone to buy any car from the house of BMW.
