Core Issues:
I never wanted a loan. The dealership forced me to apply for one, despite my willingness to pay the full amount in cash.
This unnecessary loan process delayed delivery of the vehicle by over two months, even though I was ready to pay upfront.
Through this loan process, the dealership obtained all my bank statements, which contain location and date-based transaction history—highly sensitive personal data.
This data was shared with individuals involved in the murder of my family members, thereby making the loan a cover to access my personal financial information.
The dealership also asked me to send ₹**,*** to an unknown number via UPI as stamp duty, which I have done. This is further evidence of unaccounted and suspicious dealings.
The dealership has repeatedly delayed the installation and delivery of accessories, and now the refund for these accessories has also been held up for an unreasonably long time.
Welcome Kit: In response to BMW India's statement —
“In reference to the Welcome Kit, the dealership has informed us that it will be provided to you once it becomes available at their end—they will apprise you accordingly. We request your cooperation to connect with them to get an update on this.”
Let me be absolutely clear: I have already repeatedly informed you that the dealership has been illegally tracking my location using the booking, the loan process, and these delays—including the Welcome Kit—as tools to prolong my exposure and monitor my movements. Every delay appears to be a deliberate act, carried out not due to logistical issues but as part of a pattern intended to compromise my personal safety.
It is inconceivable that such behavior could be tolerated under the BMW brand.
