Chocotown - ChocoTownFraudulent website not fulfilling the order and no refund

Please note that I have placed an order on **th Feb, **** at the website of ChocoTown with the url- "https://www.chocotown.in/". I paid and amount of Rs.**** for a list of * items which are as follows: *. Lindt Excellence Roasted Hazelnut Chocolate ***gm × * *. General Mills Cocoa Puffs ***gm (Imported) × * *. Lindt Lindor Dark Chocolate Truffle, ***gm × * *. Lindt Excellence Caramel With A Touch Of Sea Salt Dark Chocolate ***gm × * *. Lindt Excellence Raspberry Intense Dark Chocolate ***gm × * *. Samyang Buldak Fire Hot Chicken Flavor Noodles ***gm (* Packs) × * Based on the above order I was given a tracking ID (**************) . This I was monitoring and finally on **st Feb, **** it arrived. In the box, I have not received any of these items listed above and instead it had only one item which was not even ordered by me. The box with the invoice stuck on it lists out the items above and has *kg as the listed weight but the box is so small that it cannot even hold ***gms. Post receiving this, I have called the number listed on the website of ChocoTown multiple times but there is no response. I have sent multiple emails asking them to explain this error and look into refunding my order amount, however once again no response from them. I believe that they are running a scam and looting customers by taking in orders and the money for the orders and not delivering the goods as promised. I would like to report the company and get their website closed so that they do not cheat more customers. In addition, to getting a full refund for the amount I have paid to the company for my order.
