i have booked * rooms in hotel through cleartrip . When i asked about the room booking status, they told me that they will not provide me any rooms. They have no valid reasons for that and still deny to check in to me. Now they ask me to cancel forcefully . but , i want my booking ( no refund ). they cheated customers by first taking their bookings and then deny to checkin. this is totally against customer rights . kindly provide my booking . waiting for an apt resolution. Thanks
