Bought Blupunkt **" QLED tv in July **** on Amazon platform. Neither Blaupunkt, nor Amazon or its seller Cloudtail sent anybody for installation or demo despite several phone call, emails etc for more than * weeks. Got it installed by arranging a TV technician locally but the TV remote is not functional as the "Receiver" of the remote which is to be inserted in the USB slot of the TV was not supplied by the seller. When complained Amazon refused return or replacement.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
