Vibes Healthcare Limited - cheating

I have opted for treatment from vibes gachibowli and they asked me to take loan from their tied up merchant capital float for an amount of ***** INR. I provided my details to the vibes team for processing of loan but they reverted back to me stating loan didnt get approved stating account details provided were incorrect. So I paid them entire treatment amount through my debit card. Later from my bank account amount got debited stating for a monthly EMI towards loan from capital float. I called vibes regarding this as they said loan was cancelled earlier, I contacted capital float team regarding the same they said loan amount was disbursed to vibes account. Vibes team denied that no amount was credited to their account for **months and now they accepted that amount got credited to their account but are denied to repay it back. Again their manager called me and told that they would not directly pay to capital float and asked for my account details to credit to my account to transfer it to capital float but till now no amount was credited and they are not answering my calls now. I want this issue by vibes settling the amount to capital float.
