I have booked spot on ***** lakshmi Balaji tower hotel through Agoda app
They conformed and payment was done
After half an hour when we reached location and we found that there is no hotel at all and have removed it * months back as told by kneighbours
We felt cheated and so bad to believe this service
I have cancelled my booking after and i didn't get my money refund
Please refund my money now
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
