SUSANTA KUMAR MAL filed complaint against Travolook on Oct 15, 2021
I booked * nos. of Ticket bearing PNR No. LP*RGN for Indigo Flight *E-*** dated **.**.**** at **.** Hrs from Bengaluru to Kolkata worth Rs. *****.** through Travolook. But PNR was not generated. After sometimes one person from customer care of Travolook called me and said that due to price hike my booking was not confirmed. He also told me that due to tremendous demands of tickets, and as only * nos. of Tickets have left, you should deposit extra Rs.****.** within ** minutes for confirm the Tickets. I requested for cancellation, but he pressurized me for deposition. At last I was deposited Rs. ****.** helplessly.
But On the flight I have seen **-** (approx.) nos. of seat was vacant. So, Tavolook company cheatfully collect Rs. ****.** from me.
I demanded for refund Rs ****.** that I have extra paid to Travolook company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
