Mr.chandan from billing reception deleted the report charge without consulting the experts and is lodging a false statement saying that the patient side had asked him to do it and accepted his mistake on confrontation from other nurses
This is a very poor and cheap behavior from the staff and this has to escalated to the finance department head
Very bad experience from fortis hospital never expected this
