Hi there..
I have ordered some items in ur Club Factory. In those items * shoes r small size so I initiated the return through club factory App. Order ID SO*********..another one order ID SO*********.. They deducted **** rupees for product and *** rupees for return courier. After they received the product they are simply saying quality check failed. In ur customer care also not giving proper response. Rite now my money in ur Club Factory and product also in ur Club Factory.. They r not ready to give money or products. They cheated me n take my money and product also.. I have done everything through Club Factory only.. Now who is responsible for my product or my money.. I have the video proof of packing my return products in courier company.. Here with I have attached some snaps taken there.. Kindly do the needful..
