I am Vijay Kumar from Tezpur-******, Assam.I ordered the product luminous ***AH **V battery on **aug ** and order I'd was ***-*******-******* on Amazon.they promised to deliver the product between **sep to **sep **.on ** sep ** at ****pm I got the email that refund of RS ***** initiated without any intimation instead of delivering the product.on **th aug ** the same product was available on at same price on many sites but I believed on Amazon and ordered the product.Now they seized my money for one month and simply refunding the money without any intimation or from my concurrence or any valid reasons.Amazon violated the customer right.Now the cost of item was approx *****.When I talked to customer support then mean fellow like Javed A started to bargain that he would provide RS **** as Amazon pay as a grace and emphasis not to complain.I urged for my product, he replied wait for diwali sell then I could get the same product.
Amazon already waisted my money and valuable time and they now insisting to waiste more time and money.
I want only same product from local market as on Amazon now no seller ships the product on my pin ******.If I purchased from local market then Amazon would have to pay the difference in preferred mode of payment
