I ordered from Zomato by the local restaurant and my order decline by the company the issue is customer phone is out of reachable. I'm trying to reach the customer care executive no i.e ********** to try to understand the way but they are not responding to my call (after **-** call). I have the worst experience with this company. They said that the refund is not eligible because the food was ready.
I again placed the order as well as same (order no-**********) that delivered. But who's responsible for my refund totally Zomato because they have untrained staff.
Such shame on Zomato.
