Uttam Ruidas filed complaint against Shopclues on May 20, 2019
At first, I shopped many products from ShopClues company. The company offered me a lucky draw which amount is * lakh and told that this is mandatory to withdraw because this is govt price and if I can't withdraw this govt will be taking charge against me. The manager of ShopClues company told me that before withdrawing this amount ***** rupees would be deposit in their account. After payment, he also told that to pay ***** rupees for GST charge. After paying ***** rupees they also take ***** from me. After all payment they didn't respond and switched off their phone and cash didn't credit in my account. I belong to a very poor family. Please do something.
