Delhivery - Cheating Delhivery Mr Ahmad Wani

Dear Sir/Mam, I have booked household items (** Nos Boxes) from Srinagar to Ware house at Chandigarh ...through Delhivery...via Mr Ahmad Wani. I paid the requested prepaid amount of *****/ (**,***+****+****) to Mr Sheikh Latif . The consignment was prepaid. The LR number of ** Boxes out of ** was generated as *********) Refer to Attachment * for the above para The delivery person did not deliver the consignment (** Nos out of ** Nos) to me and demanded *****/- for Delivery. When I refused to pay the money since the consignment was prepaid. He took the consignment to Delhi (refer to attachment *), and the consignment status was updated as delivered. On payment of **,***/- ( **,*** *n ** Nov'** & *,*** on ** Nov'**), the New LR number of ( ** nos of Boxes ) of those items was generated *********. The Delivery of those items was made at the house I have taken on rent for that duration at Dera Bassi (Tricity). (Refer to attachment * for the above) However, the pickup of the remaining two boxes was initiated with LR no ********* Refer to Attachment * ), and he demanded extra *** Rs to initiate the pickup. When I refused to pay and said that the consignment was prepaid. He cancelled the pickup, and I have been waiting to start the pickup for close to * months. I have been cheated brutally by Mr Ahmad Wani and Delhivery of **,*** Rupees, and two of my most expensive consignments are yet to be delivered. It is financial and mental torture by Ahmad Wani and Delhivery to me. Please help me get the money and two of the costliest boxes.
