I tried nobroker rental app and paid for the freedom plan. It has ** owner contacts.
They first gave a smart search option to search houses that helped me to enter my work location and select the distance within * km. After viewing many nice options I started viewing and contacting the owners. After almost * contacts I realised that the smart search is completely wrong. Of the * already * were rented out as well. I reported all this but it only gives a notification that it will be verified. Upon calling agent, they said it will be verified once all ** contacts are used. What's the point in verifying after all ** are used. It will be a verification done after a long time then. So here again a fraud strategy. Again I continued believing them and reported almost ** after this due to wrong photos posted, no car parking but mentioned as car parking. Owner can't be reached for many. Altogether I maximum got just * contacts but took the whole amount. Now they are saying I reported only * contacts without any proof of that or leaving me any proof me reporting. The customer support will escape saying a we reach out soon and won't reach out. They say we don't have information of how many reported and keep saying don't worry, it will all be added after contacts are reported. Its a Fraud company that wants to cheat customers by giving wrong info and search options to increase engagement on application and waste time. Leaving us with no proof of what we report and escaping with fake commitment that everything will be sorted.
Basically I lost **** by just having * unworthy owner contacts and * help. Please help me the exact contacts I have reported or this money I paid. Thanks
