On **nd November, I was paid the amount of Rs. *****/- for an Apple iPhone **, *** GB Midnight color through the Amazon App. On **th November, I got a message from Amazon, saying that your iPhone will deliver today. But I didn't get the iPhone. The same messages received on November **, **, **, **, December * and * also. I Everyday they are sending different OTP also. For example, on **th I got the OTP ******, on **th OTP was ******, on ** the OTP was ****** etc... All these days they are (Amazon) wasted my time and they created unnecessary tension to me and increased my BP also. Today is *th December. Till now I didn't get the iPhone which I ordered on **nd November. Now I realized that the Amazon is deliberately cheating me. They rolling over my money for their financial benefits. I beg your valuable help in this issue and please arrange compensation for wasting my time, creating physical and mental tension in me and utilizing my money. Still my payment is pending with Amazon. Please do the needful.
